WLBK reports that a DeKalb man is accused of stalking after he allegedly put a G-P-S tracker on a woman’s car.
Twenty-six-year-old Kevin Roinas was arrested on Monday.
DeKalb Police say Roinas’ on-and-off-again girlfriend told them she had removed a GPS tracking device from her vehicle twice before. Police say an officer found it hidden in a zip-locked bag duct taped to the inside of the rear bumper of her vehicle.
Roinas was questioned by police. Police say Roinas told them that the woman had given him permission to track her.
He was arrested, charged and booked into the DeKalb County Jail.
