Hackensack Police Lieutenant Accused of Stalking Wife with GPS Tracker – Case Introduction

HACKENSACK, NJ — A Hackensack Police Lieutenant has been arrested on accusations he used a GPS tracker to stalk his estranged wife, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo announced.
Lt. Richard Levis, a resident of Butler, is charged with one count of burglary, a third degree crime, and one count of stalking, a fourth degree crime, authorities said.
